New Appointment for Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Health Inspectorate

The Director of Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Health has appointed Dr. Ho Van Han as the new Director of the Institute of Ethnic Medicine. The appointment is for a five-year term, effective from June 20, 2025.

Prior to this role, Dr. Han served as the Inspector General of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, Director of Go Vap District Hospital, and Deputy Director and Head of Planning Department at Gia Dinh People’s Hospital. (SEE DETAILS)


Major General Vu Nhu Ha Appointed as Director of Tay Ninh Police

The Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee, organized a conference to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding personnel matters.

Major General Vu Nhu Ha, the former Director of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Police, has been appointed as the new Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police.

Major General Vu Nhu Ha receives flowers from a representative of the Ministry of Public Security.

Major General Ha, 55, a native of Quang Binh province, holds a master’s degree in crime investigation.

He has held various positions, including Head of the Police Department for Investigation of Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling (PC03) of Ho Chi Minh City Police; Deputy Director of the Police Department for Investigation of Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling (C03, Ministry of Public Security); and Director of Lang Son Provincial Police since May 2024. Colonel Tran Van Cu Joins the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee

The 25th Conference of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Party Committee announced the decision of the Party Secretariat regarding personnel matters.

Colonel Tran Van Cu, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Military Command, has been approved to join the Provincial Party Committee’s Executive Board for the 2020-2025 term.

Colonel Tran Van Cu, 51 years old, previously served as Commander of the Military Command of Tan Thanh District (now Phu My City); Deputy Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Military Command.

In October 2024, Colonel Tran Van Cu was appointed by the Ministry of National Defense as the Commander of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Military Command. (SEE DETAILS)


New Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee in Tien Giang

The Provincial Party Committee of Tien Giang organized a conference to announce the decision of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat regarding personnel matters.

Ms. Chau Thi My Phuong, a member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Executive Board, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, has been approved to serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Ms. Chau Thi My Phuong, born in 1972, holds a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Politics, a Master of Education Management, and a Senior Political Theory level.


Mr. Le Huy Toan Appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Binh Thuan Newspaper and Radio-Television Station

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Binh Thuan organized a conference to announce the decision on the merger of the provincial newspaper and radio-television station.

The two official media outlets of the Party Committee, the provincial authorities, and the people of Binh Thuan province have been merged into one organization. Mr. Le Huy Toan, the Editor-in-Chief of Binh Thuan Newspaper, has been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of the newly merged organization, which includes both the newspaper and the radio-television station.


Announcement of the Party Secretariat’s Decision on Personnel Matters in Binh Thuan

The Provincial Party Committee in Binh Thuan organized a conference to announce and present the decision of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on personnel matters.

According to the Binh Thuan Newspaper, the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat has decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Chi Loi and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach to the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, an alternate member of the Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, and Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, presented the decision and congratulated the two newly appointed officials.
