With the inauguration of the TH true MILK dairy processing plant in Kaluga, the TH Group has officially completed its high-tech, closed-loop fresh milk production chain in the Russian Federation. Drawing from its experience in lush green fields, farms, and green factories in Vietnam, TH establishes an ecosystem and production chain in a foreign land, determined to conquer Russian consumers with quality and humane operating principles.

TH’s closed-loop production chain in Russia, from pasture to glass of fresh milk, has built the brand’s reputation in Vietnam and internationally.

TH’s facilities in Russia, including barns, farms, and factories, are designed to be environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Emphasizing the quality of the dairy herd is a crucial factor contributing to TH’s sustainable development and success. The cows in TH’s Russian farm are purebred Holstein Friesian, imported from the USA. The herd is managed using advanced technology and modern science, with an average milk yield of 40-41 liters/cow/day, with some cows producing up to 104 liters/day – the highest in Russia.

TH employs the modern Afifarm (Israel) system with Afitag foot chips to monitor the health, reproduction, nutrition, and milk yield of its cows. The data from the chips helps detect diseases early and supports decision-making. The barns are equipped with advanced cooling technology, and the cows are treated to music and professional veterinary care. The milking process is fully automated, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards.

TH’s fresh milk processing plant in Kaluga produces high-quality product lines that meet the nutritional needs and modern consumption trends of Russians, such as fresh pasteurized/UHT milk, kefir, ryazhenka, yogurt, butter, cheese, and cream.

The project received strong support from the governments of both Vietnam and Russia, and the inauguration of the TH factory in Kaluga has become a symbol of bilateral cooperation and the capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises in the process of international integration.
