Continuing the session, today (June 25th), the National Assembly will vote to pass several laws and conduct important personnel work.

As scheduled, at the beginning of June 25th, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Law on Inspection (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Penal Code; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations.

The Law on State Budget (amended) and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions will also be voted on and passed at this session.

After passing the laws, the National Assembly will hold a closed meeting to consider personnel matters. The National Assembly will decide on personnel matters within its competence by secret ballot. After announcing the vote count, the National Assembly will vote to pass a resolution on organizational and personnel matters within its competence.

In the morning of the same day, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will present a proposal to establish the National Election Council and discuss this content in the hall.

After passing the Resolution on the Establishment of the National Election Council, the Standing Committee will present the expected personnel for the National Assembly to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council and present the expected personnel for other positions within its competence. The National Assembly will hold a closed meeting on this content and then discuss it in the delegation about the above-mentioned expected personnel.

In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly will vote on the list and proceed to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council and other personnel within its competence by secret ballot. Resolutions on the election of the Chairman of the National Election Council and other personnel within its competence will be passed by the National Assembly in the afternoon of the same day.

After being elected, the Chairman of the National Election Council will present a proposal to the National Assembly for approval of the list of Vice Chairmen and members of the National Election Council. The personnel process will continue to be carried out by the National Assembly on June 26th.
