The Hai Duong Province’s Department of Construction has requested that all agencies and units in the province relocate their offices to the new location as per the office arrangement plan of Haiphong City People’s Committee, ensuring the normal functioning of the consolidated agencies from July 1st onwards.
At the new Political-Administrative Center of Haiphong City in the North Cam River Urban Area (Thuy Nguyen District), the Commission for Propaganda and Education and Mass Mobilization, the Commission for Internal Affairs, the Office of the Municipal Party Committee, and the Office of the Delegation of the National Assembly and the Municipal People’s Council are located in Tower A, a 15-story building.
The Office of the Municipal People’s Committee, the Party Committee of the Municipal People’s Committee, and the Department of Education and Training are located in Tower B, also a 15-story building.
Several departments, including the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Industry and Trade, Justice, Construction, Health, Home Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Development, along with the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committees, the Municipal Inspection Committee, and the Municipal Organization Committee, are located in towers from Tower C to Tower M.
Seven agencies have been allocated office space outside the Haiphong City Political-Administrative Center.

Haiphong City’s new Political-Administrative Center
The Haiphong City Inspectorate will utilize the office space of the Hai An District People’s Committee. The Fatherland Front Committee of the city will operate from the new office building of the Ngo Quyen District People’s Committee. The Department of Finance will be based in the former office building of the Hong Bang District People’s Committee. The Department of Science and Technology will occupy the old office building of the Ngo Quyen District People’s Committee. The Department of Foreign Affairs will continue to operate from its current location.
The Management Board of Haiphong Economic Zone will be located at 5-7-9 Dinh Tien Hoang Street. The Municipal Administrative Center will take over the premises of the Management Board of Haiphong Economic Zone.
The Department of Construction of Hai Duong Province has requested that all departments, sectors, and branches coordinate with the relevant units of Haiphong City to develop a detailed plan for the arrangement of specialized rooms after the consolidation.
It is expected that the provincial departments and branches of Hai Duong Province will move to their new location on June 28th and 29th.
