The Vinhomes Royal City urban area boasts an impressive five underground
levels, two of which are dedicated to commercial purposes and the
remaining three serving as parking lots. Unlike other urban areas
where parking garages are built separately for each building, all
the basements here are interconnected.

As a result, Royal City’s parking garage spans an enormous 9.5
hectares, making it one of the largest in the country. To put
this into perspective, it is 13 times larger than the playing
field of My Dinh Stadium, bigger than Hang Dao Ward (7 hectares),
and almost as big as Ho Guom Lake (12 hectares).

The basement can accommodate around 25,000 vehicles, including
20,000 motorcycles at level B3 and over 5,000 cars at levels B4
and B5, meeting the needs of both residents and shoppers at the
commercial center.

On average, there are about 50,000 motorcycle entries and over
10,000 car entries per day. This means that approximately every
1.5 seconds, a vehicle enters or exits the parking garage.

To manage this massive parking facility, it is equipped with
advanced technologies such as LED lights indicating available
spaces, license plate recognition cameras, RFID cards for
automatic barrier passage, wayfinding systems at intersections,
and a professional fire protection system.

Due to the vast size of the parking area, it is recommended that
visitors take note of the column numbers and capture the location
of their parking spot to avoid getting lost and to facilitate
locating their vehicles when it’s time to leave.

Additionally, there are several impromptu parking lots that have
sprung up around Royal City to cater to the overflow during peak
hours.
