City Auto Joint Stock Company (CTF: HoSE) has announced insider trading notifications from its Chairman’s brothers-in-law and a board member.

Specifically, Mr. Pham Anh Hung and Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, brothers-in-law of Mr. Tran Ngoc Dan, registered to sell 2.5 million and 1.1 million CTF shares, respectively, to reduce their ownership.

The transactions are expected to take place via matching or negotiation from July 1, 2025, to July 30, 2025.

If the transactions are successful, Mr. Pham Anh Hung’s ownership will decrease from over 4 million shares to over 1.5 million shares, reducing his stake in City Auto from 4.2% to 1.59%.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh’s ownership is expected to decrease from over 2.6 million CTF shares to over 1.5 million shares, reducing his stake in City Auto from 2.75% to 1.6%.

In a similar move, Mr. Tran Quang Tri, a board member of City Auto, registered to sell his entire holding of over 1.3 million CTF shares to reduce his ownership to 0%. This transaction is also scheduled from July 1, 2025, to July 30, 2025, via matching or negotiation.

On the other hand, Mrs. Ngo Thi Hanh, the wife of Chairman Tran Ngoc Dan, registered to purchase 6 million CTF shares to increase her ownership. The transaction is expected to take place from June 26, 2025, to July 25, 2025, through matching and negotiation.

Prior to the transaction, Mrs. Hanh held over 4.6 million CTF shares, representing a 4.85% stake in City Auto. If the transaction is successful, her ownership will increase to over 10.6 million shares, or 11.12% of the company.

Previously, between May 7, 2025, and June 2, 2025, Mrs. Hanh successfully purchased nearly 4.5 million shares out of the previously registered 6 million shares. The reason for not completing the transaction was due to financial constraints.

Following the transaction, Mrs. Hanh’s ownership of CTF shares increased from 150,000 shares to over 4.6 million shares, raising her stake from 0.16% to 4.85% as of now.
