Hai Phong: 1 project

Hai Phong City People’s Committee invites investment in a social housing project in Nam Son Ward, An Duong District, with a total investment of nearly VND 1,465 billion. The project involves the construction of social housing in the form of apartments for sale, rent, and rent-to-own, with basic interior furnishings. It will be built on a total land area of 5,215 sq. m, with a maximum height of 20 floors. The expected population is approximately 3,276 people. The project is to be implemented within 5 years from the date of land allocation or lease.

Dak Lak: 1 project

The Department of Finance of Dak Lak province invites interest in a new rural residential area project in Hoa Thang ward, Buon Ma Thuot city. The project covers an area of over 26.9 hectares and is expected to house nearly 5,000 people. With a total investment of more than VND 1,987 billion, the project will comprise 184 linked houses, 27 villas, 800 social housing apartments, and 494 linked land lots and 34 twin villa land lots. The project is expected to be completed within 72 months from the approval of the investor selection results or investor approval.

Ha Nam: 10 projects

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province invites bids for the investment project to build an urban area in combination with the rearrangement of the Nguyen Doai residential area, Tien Noi ward, Duy Tien town (DT-DT12.21). The project involves investing in the construction of technical infrastructure, housing, and mixed apartments, with a total investment of over VND 1,716 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2031.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province invites bids for the investment project to build an urban area west of National Highway 1A (Phu Ly city bypass section) located in Tan Tuu ward, Kim Bang town, with a total investment of over VND 560 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2030.

In Phu Ly city, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province invites interest in the investment project to build the Tay Lam Ha urban area, covering an area of nearly 27.4 hectares and accommodating a population of about 8,000 people. The total investment is over VND 8,936 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2032.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province introduces the investment project to build an urban area in the south of Ngoc Son ward, Kim Bang town, with a total investment of VND 433 billion. The planned land use includes over 4 hectares of residential land, 7.6 hectares of green space, 0.33 hectares of technical infrastructure land, 6.1 hectares of lakes and ponds, and 6.28 hectares of road transport land. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2029.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province invites interest in the investment project to build an urban area in the southeast of Kim Binh industrial cluster, Phu Ly city, covering an area of 22.6 hectares. The total investment is nearly VND 1,149 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2030.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province calls for investment in the project to build an urban area belonging to the Thai Ha urban subdivision plan, Ly Nhan district (LN-PK03.22), east of Thai Ha industrial park. The project covers an area of 5.75 hectares of contiguous residential land, with a total investment of VND 668.5 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2030.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province invites bids for the investment project to build an urban area in combination with the rearrangement of the urban area south of Ring Road 5 in Kim Bang district, covering an area of 20.35 hectares. The total investment is over VND 474 billion. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030.

In Duc Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province invites interest in two projects, including a new rural residential area in the northwest, covering an area of about 5.26 hectares and with a total investment of nearly VND 276 billion, and a new rural residential area in the west, covering an area of 9.2 hectares and with a total investment of over VND 250 billion. The projects are scheduled for completion by 2028 and 2029, respectively.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province also calls for bids for the investment project to build an urban area north of Pho Ca town, Thanh Lien district (TL-DT28.25), covering an area of 35 hectares and with a total investment of over VND 691 billion. The project is scheduled for completion by 2029.

Kon Tum: 3 projects

The Department of Finance of Kon Tum province invites interest in three urban area projects, all located in Mang Den town, Kon Plong district, covering a total area of nearly 789 hectares and accommodating a population of over 49,500 people. The total expected investment is VND 26,466 billion (equivalent to over $1 billion).

Specifically, Urban Area No. 1 covers an area of 264.4 hectares, including nearly 43.4 hectares of residential land and 3.45 hectares of mixed land for housing and services, with a population of over 7,700 people. The total investment is VND 6,647 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2034.

Urban Area No. 4 covers an area of 247.4 hectares, including nearly 33.6 hectares of residential land and a population of over 11,400 people. The total investment is over VND 10,228 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2035.

Urban Area No. 5 covers an area of nearly 276.9 hectares, including over 76.6 hectares of residential land and a population of over 30,300 people. The total investment is VND 9,591 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2034.

Hoa Binh: 6 projects

The Department of Finance of Hoa Binh province calls for investment in the Hoa Son Urban Area project in Hoa Son commune, Luong Son district, covering an area of over 29.1 hectares and accommodating a population of about 3,600 people. The total investment is nearly VND 1,760 billion. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030.

Also in Luong Son district, the Department of Finance of Hoa Binh province invites interest in the Legacy Eco Green urban area project located in Tan Vinh and Cu Yen communes, covering an area of 73.4 hectares and accommodating a population of nearly 2,700 people. The total investment is nearly VND 5,000 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2032. The project aims to build houses for sale, rent-to-own, and rent to meet the needs of local residents and attract high-quality human resources from Hanoi and neighboring provinces.

The Department of Finance of Hoa Binh province introduces the high-end Ky Son Urban Area project in Ky Son ward, Hoa Binh city, covering an area of over 40 hectares and accommodating a population of nearly 2,700 people. The total investment is over VND 1,099 billion. The project is to be implemented within 96 months from the selection of the investor.

The Department of Finance of Hoa Binh province invites bids for the Kim Boi Noi Sung Urban Area project in Bo town, Kim Boi district, covering an area of nearly 46.9 hectares and accommodating a population of over 3,800 people. The total investment is VND 1,419 billion. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030.

In Doc Lap ward, Hoa Binh city, the Department of Finance invites investment in two urban area projects: Dong Bac 1, covering an area of over 39.9 hectares and accommodating a population of over 1,680 people, with a total investment of over VND 670 billion; and Dong Bac 2, covering an area of over 53.8 hectares and with a total investment of nearly VND 1,345 billion. Both urban areas are scheduled for completion by 2031.

Ninh Binh: 2 projects

The Department of Finance of Ninh Binh province calls for investment in the Ninh An Eco-Urban Area project in Hoa Lu city, covering an area of nearly 30 hectares and accommodating a population of nearly 6,800 people. The project includes 1,788 houses, comprising 156 semi-detached houses built with exterior finishes and a maximum height of 5 floors, and 1,632 social housing apartments with a maximum height of 15 floors. The preliminary land use structure includes 483 lots for transfer of land use rights in the form of subdivision and sale when conditions are met (including 353 lots of land for linked houses and 130 lots of land for villas). The total investment is over VND 2,623 billion, and the project is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2029.

The Department of Finance of Ninh Binh province also invites investment in the eco-urban area project in Ninh My ward, Hoa Lu city, covering an area of over 20.3 hectares and comprising a total of 1,080 houses (320 linked houses, 96 villas built with exterior finishes, and 664 social housing apartments), accommodating a population of over 3,300 people. The total investment is nearly VND 4,900 billion, and the project is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2029.

Hai Duong: 3 projects

The Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province invites bids for the investment project to build a new residential area in Hiep Luc commune, Ninh Giang district, covering an area of over 21.6 hectares. The project includes 498 linked land lots and 21 garden land lots. The total investment is over VND 793 billion. The implementation period is 36 months from the date of land handover.

The Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province calls for investment in the project to build a new residential area near the bypass road in the center of Chi Linh city, covering an area of nearly 52.5 hectares. The project involves the construction of 1,085 housing units (built with exterior finishes) on 991 linked land lots with a maximum height of 4 floors and 94 twin villa land lots with a maximum height of 3 floors. In addition, the project includes the construction of 3 commercial service buildings with a maximum height of 15 floors, 1 commercial service area with a maximum height of 5 floors, and auxiliary works. The total investment is nearly VND 3,919 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented within 60 months.

The Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province also invites bids for the investment project to build a social housing area belonging to the new residential area of Cam Dien – Luong Dien, Cam Giang district, covering an area of over 1.16 hectares. The total investment is over VND 550 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented within 24 months.

Hanoi: 2 projects

The Department of Finance of Hanoi introduces the Dai Thinh New Urban Area project in Me Linh and Dai Thinh communes, Me Linh district, covering an area of over 34.4 hectares. The project includes 164 low-rise houses, 261 social housing units, and 390 apartments, accommodating a population of about 3,000 people. The total investment is nearly VND 2,615 billion. The project is scheduled for completion by 2028.

The Department of Finance of Hanoi also invites interest in the project to build housing for the armed forces of the People’s Public Security in land lot N02, No. 275 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District. The project involves the use of about 3,557 sq. m of land to build social housing with a maximum height of 27 floors, equivalent to about 480 apartments. The expected population is about 1,200 people. The total investment is over VND 821 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented from the second quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2027.

Binh Dinh: 1 project

The Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province introduces the Nhon Phu 1 Social Housing project located in Nhon Phu ward, Quy Nhon city, covering an area of over 3.2 hectares and comprising about 1,500 units. The total investment is over VND 1,958 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented within 66 months.

Hung Yen: 1 project

The Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen province invites bids for the investment project to build the Tien Hung residential area in Phung Hung and Dan Tien communes, Khoai Chau district, covering an area of over 21 hectares and with a total investment of nearly VND 1,768 billion. The project is scheduled to be implemented within 60 months.

Bac Lieu: 2 projects

In Dong Hai district, the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Lieu province invites interest in two wind power plant projects: Dong Hai 13 with a capacity of 100MW in Long Dien Dong commune, with a total investment of nearly VND 3,620 billion; and Dong Hai 3 – phase 1 with a capacity of 50MW in Ganh Hao town, with a total investment of over VND 1,757 billion.

Long An: 2 projects

The People’s Committee of Long An province invites interest in two large urban area projects covering a total area of nearly 486 hectares and with a total investment of over VND 34,750 billion (equivalent to $1.3 billion), located in Ben Luc and Can Giuoc districts.

Specifically, the Ben Luc – Cho Dem North urban area project is located in Tan Buu commune, Ben Luc district, covering an area of nearly 258.6 hectares. The total investment in the project is nearly VND 20,116 billion, and the expected population is over 33,200 people. The project includes 9,234 commercial houses, comprising 1,362 linked houses, 1,544 villas, 4,008 high-rise apartments, 1,461 mid-rise apartments, and 859 resettlement lots. The project is expected to be completed within 72 months.

The Long Hau New Urban Area project is located in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, covering an area of 227 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 14,638 billion and a population of about 25,800 people. The project involves the construction of 2,429 low-rise houses (including 2,346 commercial houses and 83 social houses) and 3,646 apartments (including 1,905 commercial apartments and 1,741 social apartments). The project is expected to be completed before 2030.

Quang Ngai: 1 project

The Department of Finance of Quang Ngai province invites interest in the new An Phu urban area (Ngoc Island) project covering an area of nearly 162 hectares in Nghia Chanh ward, Truong Quang Trong ward, and Tinh An commune, Quang Ngai city.
