The proposal suggests a project with a land area of approximately 104.32 hectares. Investment scale: an 18-hole international standard golf course and a high-end eco-tourism resort.
In terms of construction scale, the golf course construction area is approximately 76.47 hectares.
The resort construction area is approximately 17.8 hectares. This includes vacation villas (commercial and service land), public works, tourist landscaping, tourist parking lots, internal traffic roads, and a main road connecting to the Hoa Binh – Hanoi regional linkage road and Son La expressway (Hòa Bình – Mộc Châu). There is also water-facing land, spanning about 10.05 hectares.
The total investment amounts to over VND 1,536 billion. Of this, the investor’s self-funding accounts for VND 230 billion (approximately 15% of the total investment), with the remainder being loans.
The project’s duration is 50 years, commencing from the date the investor receives the decision on land lease and land use purpose conversion from the competent authority.
Notably, according to the National Assembly’s recently passed resolution on the rearrangement of provincial-level administrative units, there are now 34 provinces and cities in Vietnam as of June 12th. This includes the merger of Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, and Vinh Phuc provinces into a new entity named Phu Tho Province, with its headquarters in the current city of Viet Tri.
