The People’s Committee of Da Nang City has issued a decision to adjust and supplement land prices in the area. The new decision took effect on July 7, with many roads recording significant increases compared to the adjusted land price list from the beginning of the year.

Accordingly, Bach Dang Street (along the Han River), from Le Duan to Nguyen Van Linh, has the highest land price in the city, at over VND 340 million per square meter. This price is nearly 3.5 times higher than in 2021 (VND 98.8 million per square meter) and an increase of almost 1.2 times compared to the beginning of the year (over VND 286 million per square meter). This area is divided into four price levels, with the lowest being over VND 177 million per square meter.

Several other central routes also saw notable increases. Specifically, the Le Duan Street section from Tran Phu to Hoang Hoa Tham increased from VND 158 million to VND 207 million per square meter; Nguyen Van Linh Street (the connecting road to Dragon Bridge) has prices ranging from VND 127-242 million per square meter, with the section from Phan Thanh to Bach Dang reaching the highest price.

Meanwhile, Tran Hung Dao Street (east bank of the Han River), from Song Han Bridge to Dragon Bridge, has a maximum price of VND 182 million per square meter, nearly double the price at the beginning of the year.
