On June 28th, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province announced its decision to provide financial support for the construction of official housing for officers and civil servants working in the newly merged Vinh Son commune.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee approved a budget of VND 5 billion from the provincial budget to be allocated to Vinh Thanh district for the construction of official housing for officers and civil servants in the new Vinh Son commune, as proposed by the Department of Finance. This decision is in line with the conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board in Official Dispatch No. 2042-TB/TU dated June 12, 2025.
The People’s Committee of Vinh Thanh district is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Construction and relevant agencies to complete the necessary procedures and documents for the implementation of this project, in accordance with regulations.

Situated at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level, Vinh Son is known as the “gateway to the sky,” boasting a cool climate and breathtaking natural scenery, including majestic mountains, rivers, streams, and pristine waterfalls.
Notably, the area is abundant in cherry blossom trees, which bloom profusely across the villages during spring.

Following the plan for administrative unit arrangement at the communal level in Binh Dinh province, Vinh Son commune will be established by merging the entire natural area and population of the current Vinh Kim and Vinh Son communes in Vinh Thanh district. The headquarters of the new Vinh Son commune will be located in the current Vinh Son commune.
Speaking to Tien Phong, the leadership of the People’s Committee of Vinh Thanh district shared that approximately 30 officers and civil servants will be assigned to work in the new Vinh Son commune. Considering the practical needs, the district reported to the Provincial People’s Committee to request financial support for the construction of official housing. A delegation from the Provincial People’s Committee was formed to inspect the site and recognized the necessity of this project.
