A new mixed-use development project is set to transform a prime plot of land in Quy Nhon City, Vietnam. Spanning over 7,000 sqm, with nearly 4,000 sqm dedicated to construction, the project is located at 72B Tay Son Street in the heart of the city.

The development will comprise a maximum of 4 basement levels and 35-46 above-ground floors (excluding mechanical floors, technical floors, and refuge floors). With easy access to the beach via Tay Son Street, the project boasts a convenient and desirable location.

According to the investment certificate, the entire project must be completed and operational by December 2028. The project has a 50-year lifespan from the date of the land allocation decision by the competent authority. Apartment owners will enjoy stable long-term land use rights.

Previously, the site at 72B Tay Son Street served as the headquarters of the Binh Dinh Province Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs. Following its relocation, the Binh Dinh People’s Committee directed the organization of a land-use rights auction to facilitate the development of the project in compliance with legal regulations.
