She has been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the DNSE Board of Directors’ office, a strategically significant position in the company’s long-term development orientation.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh, born in 1985, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from La Trobe University, Australia. With 18 years of experience in the financial and securities industry, she has held crucial positions at VnDirect Securities Corporation, including Head of Investment Advisory and Head of Wealth Management Products.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh has been appointed as the new CEO of DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company.

Since joining DNSE on September 17, 2020, Ms. Linh has taken on various roles, including Head of Proprietary Trading, Head of Product Development and Partnerships, and Director of Securities Trading and Partnerships.

Over the past five years, Ms. Linh, together with the DNSE leadership team, has implemented numerous large-scale projects, developed investment advisory products, and established collaborations with key partners. This has resulted in a significant turning point in DNSE’s client growth.

Notably, the partnership between DNSE and Zalopay, established in 2023, introduced the first securities account on an e-wallet in Vietnam. With the aim of making securities investment accessible and straightforward for everyone, especially the younger generation and first-time investors, this product attracted a breakthrough number of customers. Consequently, DNSE consistently maintained its leading position in terms of new account openings.

Specifically, in 2024, DNSE accounted for 21.6% of the market share for new securities accounts, with one out of every five new accounts opened with DNSE. In the first quarter of 2025, DNSE captured a remarkable 33% market share of new account openings. Nearly 75% of these new clients came through partner channels. This success brought the total number of accounts managed by DNSE to 1.2 million by the end of June 2025.

Ms. Linh also played a pivotal role in implementing the “one-touch, multi-platform” strategy, connecting DNSE securities accounts with banks and data platforms. This streamlined account opening processes and enabled customers to leverage convenient features such as direct purchasing power from bank accounts for stock investments, accessing in-depth data, and executing transactions seamlessly without platform switching.

These initiatives reflect DNSE’s successful endeavors to establish itself as a leading securities company, pioneering innovative products in the realm of digital finance and securities. DNSE strives to empower users with feature-rich, intelligent, and advanced financial capabilities and products.

DNSE has been at the forefront of digital finance and securities initiatives.

Currently, DNSE sustains stable business growth and has witnessed remarkable expansion in its customer base and market share in the derivatives segment. In the first quarter of 2025, DNSE achieved a 34% revenue increase and a 37% surge in margin lending compared to the same period in 2024. In the derivatives market, DNSE ranks among the top two, holding a 16.7% market share as of the first quarter of 2025.

With her extensive experience, solid expertise, and profound knowledge of the Vietnamese market, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh, in her new role as CEO, is trusted by the DNSE Board of Directors to provide strategic contributions.
