Timely and proper disclosure of information on the stock market is the basic responsibility of public companies to their shareholders and investors. This is also the first criterion in the annual IR Awards program, jointly organized by Vietstock and the Finance and Life e-Magazine, to honor listed companies with the best IR practices.
Notable Disclosure Violation Penalties in June 2025
In the past month, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) has imposed penalties on Vietnam Financial Investment Securities Joint Stock Company (HNX: VIG) and Indochina Export-Import Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company (HNX: DDG) for failing to disclose information as required by law.
The SSC has sanctioned VIG, DDG, and Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TEG) for incomplete disclosure of information as mandated by law.
Additionally, the SSC has penalized TEG, DDG, and Song Be Rubber Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: SBR) for disclosing misleading information.
