DIG shared that the Lam Ha Center Point project was developed by the company starting in 2019, spanning an area of 12 hectares and involving an investment of over VND 2,115 billion. The project comprises well-planned commercial townhouses, villas, linked houses, and land allocated for social housing.
In terms of legal aspects, prior to obtaining permission for transfer, the project was granted a construction permit by the Ha Nam Provincial Department of Construction for technical infrastructure items from October 31, 2024.
As the project showed positive signals, DIG’s construction in progress for Lam Ha Center Point surged during the first quarter, increasing from nearly VND 234 billion at the beginning of the year to over VND 798 billion as of March 31, 2025.
At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, DIG’s management revealed that the company’s projects in Ha Nam province have attracted interested partners, and they are in the process of finalizing procedures for project transfer and cash retrieval.
Once the transfer is completed, DIG is expected to recognize revenue of more than VND 1,114 billion. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin stated that “Revenue from the transfer of the Lam Ha Center Point residential project will significantly contribute to the company’s business results in 2025 and strengthen the cash flow for the Group’s other investment activities.”
