Shark Binh shared that the inspiration behind the program stemmed from his personal experience over two decades ago as a member of the FYT Young Technology Talents Club, founded by Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT, in 1999.
Shark Binh attributed his successful tech entrepreneurship and career development to the nurturing environment provided by the club. He expressed his gratitude by stating, “I was fortunate to have been nurtured by FYT. Twenty-five years later, as a way of giving back to life for the many blessings I received, the NextStart Incubator was born.”

With this program, Shark Binh aims to empower young talents, including fresh graduates and experienced individuals from various sectors, to harness their skills and passion for startups, ultimately contributing to the country’s prosperity.
The intensive 48-hour training course, designed for 50 individuals, covers eight exclusive topics presented by leading experts from the NextTech ecosystem. Shark Nguyen Hoa Binh will kickstart the program with the first topic: “Career Orientation for Youth in the Digital Age.”
As outlined on the website, participants will gain proficiency in utilizing AI tools for enhanced productivity, personal brand building, online sales channel development, and digital transformation for small businesses. Additionally, they will learn essential skills such as self-learning, self-development, and independent career advancement.
The training program, commencing on June 30 and concluding on July 1, will be held offline at the NextPay Hanoi office. It will incorporate a blend of theoretical learning, hands-on experiences, group projects, and individual coaching to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
