Delegates at the ceremony announcing the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution on the rearrangement of communal-level administrative units in Hanoi.
378 delegates, consisting of Party Secretaries, Chairpersons of People’s Committees, and Chairpersons of Fatherland Front Committees of the newly established communes and wards, received these important documents.
At the ceremony, Mr. Ha Minh Hai, Member of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee’s Organization Department, stated that, following the Central Government’s guidance, on June 26, 2025, the Hanoi Party Committee, People’s Council, and Fatherland Front Committee issued decisions to establish Party Committees in the new communes and wards. They also issued decisions on the appointment of key personnel for the Executive Committees, Standing Committees, Party Secretaries, Vice Party Secretaries, and leaders of the People’s Committees, People’s Councils, and Fatherland Front Committees of the 126 new communes and wards.
According to the list announced by Mr. Ha Minh Hai, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee’s Organization Department, the key leaders of the 126 new communes and wards of Hanoi are as follows:
