378 comrades who are Party secretaries, Chairpersons of People’s Committees, and Chairpersons of Fatherland Front Committees of the new communes and wards received these important documents.
Hanoi City’s Committee member, Director of the Municipal Organization Committee, Ha Minh Hai, who directed this content at the ceremony, stated that following the Central Government’s guidance, on June 26, 2025, the Municipal Party Committee, People’s Council, and Fatherland Front Committee issued decisions to establish Party committees in the new communes and wards. They also decided to appoint personnel to the Executive Committees, Standing Committees, Party secretaries, vice-secretaries, and leaders of the People’s Committees, People’s Councils, and Fatherland Front Committees of 126 communes and wards.
According to the list announced by the Director of the Hanoi Municipal Organization Committee, the three key leaders of the 126 new communes and wards of Hanoi who took the stage to receive the decisions are as follows:
