Unveiling the New Hanoi: Introducing the Secretaries and Chairpersons of 126 Local Communities

Delegates at the ceremony announcing the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution on the reorganization of communal-level administrative units in Hanoi.

378 delegates, including secretaries of Party committees, chairpersons of People’s Committees, and chairpersons of Fatherland Front Committees of the newly established communes and wards, received these important documents.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ha Minh Hai, Member of the Hanoi Party Committee, Director of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee, announced that on June 26, 2025, the Hanoi Party Committee, People’s Council, and Fatherland Front Committee issued decisions on the establishment of Party committees in the new communes and wards, as well as decisions on the appointment of key personnel for the People’s Committees, People’s Councils, and Fatherland Front Committees of 126 communes and wards.

According to the list announced by the Director of Hanoi Municipal Party Committee, the key leaders of the 126 new communes and wards in Hanoi are as follows:
