On June 30, according to information from the Market Management Bureau, a task force from Team 16 of the Market Management Division (Hanoi Market Management Bureau) cooperated with Team 4 of the Economic Police, Hanoi Police, and functional forces of Long Bien district to inspect a business household in Long Bien district.
At the time of the inspection, the authorities discovered that the establishment was trading 2,620 liters of fish sauce, stored in 131 20-liter plastic cans.
Notably, none of the fish sauce had any information about its place of production, and it lacked labels and clear origin. The business owner could not present invoices or documents proving the legality of the goods.

Based on the case file, the Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee issued an administrative fine of VND 50 million to the business household for trading food of unknown origin. Simultaneously, the entire violating batch was ordered to be destroyed according to legal regulations.
