For every international money transfer of $5,000 USD or more made via SWIFT at our counters, customers will receive a lucky draw code. There is no limit to the number of codes that can be earned per transaction. Participants can use these codes to enter the lucky draw, with prizes including an iPhone 16 Pro Max as the grand prize and three first prizes of Doji 999.9 gold bars.
The lucky draw will be held at SHB’s head office located at 77 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi. A random number generator will be used to select the winning codes, with prizes ranging from lowest to highest value. Each draw will determine one winner.
Within three working days from the date of the lucky draw, SHB will contact the winners via phone calls from our customer service centers or business centers. The results will also be announced on our official website www.shb.com.vn, SHB’s Facebook fan page (www.facebook.com/fanpageshb), and at all SHB transaction points nationwide.
Winners will receive their prizes at the branch where the transaction was made and the lucky draw code was issued. If the prize is not claimed within 45 days from the end of the program, it will be considered a waiver, and SHB will proceed with the necessary procedures according to the Trade Law and the Government’s Decree on trade promotion activities.
