The People’s Committee of Tam Son Ward has recently coordinated with the Tien Phong Land Development Center Branch to organize a conference to propagate the policy and related compensation policies [for the project] “New urban, tourism, ecological, cultural, resort, entertainment area in Tu Son City (formerly), now belonging to Tam Son Ward.”
The project involves the retrieval of approximately 199 hectares of land, affecting 2,750 households.

These are the first conferences aimed at informing and propagating to local people about the policy of land retrieval and project implementation.
It is expected that after the new policies related to the project are issued, the local authorities will publicly carry out compensation and land clearance, and continue to propagate to the households.
In the coming time, the locality will accelerate the organization of conferences so that people can grasp the policy. The goal is to complete the land retrieval notification to each household by August 2025.
It is known that the new urban, tourism, ecological, cultural, resort, and entertainment area in the old Tu Son City has an area of 199 hectares.
The project has a total investment of about VND 11,170 billion, of which compensation, support, and resettlement costs are expected at VND 934 billion.
This urban area is developed by Tay Bac Investment Joint Stock Company, with a project preparation and implementation period of 7 years from the date of investor selection. When completed, the population here is expected to exceed 7,600 people.
