Regarding the traffic organization at the intersection of Pham Van Dong – Le Quang Dinh (Go Vap District and Binh Thanh District), the Department of Transport has assigned the Traffic Infrastructure Management Center to study the adjustment plan and organize traffic in this area by dismantling the roundabout and installing traffic lights instead.

Currently, the Traffic Infrastructure Management Center is coordinating with other units to relocate the technical infrastructure system at the mentioned intersection. The plan to adjust the traffic organization is expected to be implemented in March 2024.

It is known that recently, the Department of Transport has carried out the dismantling of roundabouts at several intersections along Pham Van Dong Boulevard, such as Pham Van Dong – Linh Dong – Kha Van Can, Pham Van Dong – Nguyen Xi, Pham Van Dong – Phan Van Tri, in order to reorganize traffic according to the actual situation.
