On March 18, the Board of Directors of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company made decisions regarding the dismissal and appointment of the company’s CEO.
As a result, Ms. Tran Mai Hoa has been appointed as the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Vincom Retail Board of Directors for the term 2024 – 2028, effective from March 18.
Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, who previously held the position of CEO of Vincom Retail, has been appointed as the Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing.

Previously, in October 2023, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien replaced Ms. Tran Mai Hoa as the CEO of Vincom Retail from the position of Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing. Since then, Ms. Tran Mai Hoa has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors with a strategic orientation role for Vincom Retail.
Thus, the exchange of positions between the two “female generals” took place within just six months.
According to research, Ms. Tran Mai Hoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National Economics University and a degree in English from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.

Ms. Tran Mai Hoa officially took the position of CEO of Vincom Retail in April 2016. Prior to that, she was the Deputy General Director of Vincom Retail’s operations.
Before joining Vincom Retail, she held the position of Finance Director at Gami Group Joint Stock Company, and various leadership positions at An Du Communication and Payment Data Joint Stock Company (Authorized Distributor of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam).
