Central Construction Joint Stock Company, a leading general contractor for construction & MEP in Vietnam and an APEA Asia Outstanding Enterprise for two consecutive years, has been the general contractor for Happy One Central, working diligently with over 1,000 skilled workers and engineers actively engaged at the construction site. Currently, the project is considered to have a stable and leading construction progress in the area, attracting thousands of visitors for site inspections.
Furthermore, with nearly 30 years of experience in the production of high-tech steel, and as the Vietnamese contractor that won the steel structure bid for two 2022 World Cup stadiums, Dai Dung Group is the contractor responsible for the fabrication and installation of the new architectural icon – the Happy Star sky bridge on the rooftop of the Happy One Central project.

Mr. Truong Xuan Co – Project Manager of Dai Dung Group shared, “The unique aspect of the bridge lies in its height of over 140 meters, which demanded extraordinary construction methods. Dai Dung always prioritizes safety and quality in the construction of the glass bridge. In addition to third-party inspections for ultrasonic testing of weld lines, Dai Dung also utilized a system of four hydraulic jacks, each with a lifting capacity of 40 tons, imported from Europe and airlifted from Switzerland to Vietnam. Therefore, the quality and safety of the sky bridge are guaranteed.”.
