FUEKIVND listed on the HOSE stock exchange on April 24th, 2024

FUEKIVND tracks the VN DIAMOND Index, an index of the diamond stock companies in Vietnam published and managed by the HOSE, which includes a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 component stocks.
The VN DIAMOND Index comprises enterprises that meet criteria regarding capitalization value, transaction value, P/E ratio, and have reached the foreign ownership limit (FOL).
FUEKIVND is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) managed by the KIM Vietnam Fund Management Company Limited. The fund’s founders and distributors include KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Securities Corporation. The custodian bank is the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development.
Prior to FUEKIVND, there were three ETFs using the VN DIAMOND Index as a reference, including DCVFMVN DIAMOND, MAFM VNDIAMOND, and BVFVN DIAMOND, with a total net asset value of approximately VND 15.748 billion as of April 15th, 2024 (according to an estimate by the SSI Securities Corporation Analysis Department).
In particular, the DCVFMVN Diamond fund currently has a total asset value of approximately VND 15.294 billion. Specifically, the fund’s total asset value decreased by 11.4% compared to the beginning of the year, with a net capital withdrawal value of VND 4.229 billion and a NAV that increased by 19.5% compared to the beginning of the year.
Regarding the VN DIAMOND index portfolio, on April 15th, the HOSE officially announced the results of the index portfolio review for the first quarter of 2024. The new indices will take effect from May 6th, and the related ETFs will restructure their portfolios by May 3rd. In this review, MWG was removed from the index, and BMP was added.
Accordingly, the current VN DIAMOND basket includes the following codes: FPT, PNJ, GMD, ACB, TCB, REE, MBB, HDB, VPB, NLG, VRE, KDH, VIB, MSB, CTG, TPB, OCB, BMP.
