The Agricultural Bank of Vietnam (Agribank) recently announced the recruitment of professional and technical workers for branches in the system, including 463 targets.
Of which, Agribank recruits 298 credit positions, 130 accounting positions, 21 treasury control positions, 12 legal positions and 2 international payment positions. Time to receive dossiers: From April 25, 2024 to May 07, 2024. The recruitment exam is conducted through the rounds: round 1 (dossier selection), round 2 (written test), round 3 (interview).
Agribank said that for candidates applying for credit, accounting, international payment, and legal positions with 3 years of experience or more related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG ,…), major banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV, …), after round 1 (dossier selection) will be able to participate in round 3 (interview) without having to participate in round 2 (written test).
For professional technical positions (credit, accounting, international payment, legal): Required to have a university degree, full-time system (excluding candidates who graduated from the joint training system to university level), majoring in line with the position applied for (banking finance, accounting, auditing, economics, international payment, business administration, law, …).
For candidates applying for the position of cashier, teller and candidates applying for branches located in districts 30a, remote areas, mountainous areas, border areas, and islands: At least have a college degree, regular system, specializing in suitable (Banking Finance, Accounting, Economics, …); priority is given to candidates who have permanent residence in the place where the branch has a recruitment target; must commit to working in the unit for at least 05 years if recruited.
Previously, Vietcombank, BIDV, VietinBank also recruited centrally. Of which, VietinBank recruited branches for the first phase/2024 with 553 targets. Vietcombank has 3 rounds of branch officer recruitment with a scale of 231 personnel.
