On May 9, 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications announced the results of a quality assessment of the top 10 postal enterprises in Vietnam. Viettel Post stood out with an impressive 99.33% compliance rate for mail delivery within the committed time frame, placing them among the top performers.
The selected enterprises for this evaluation, including industry leaders such as Viettel Post, VNPost, Best Express, GHN, and Nin Sing Logistics, collectively account for over 80% of the industry’s revenue and volume.

The assessment process scrutinized a total of 4,776,140 mail items out of 16.7 million sent during three randomly selected days in the first three quarters of 2023.
Data collection took place in two intra-provincial routes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as 12 inter-provincial routes with high volume, accounting for 29% of the total mail volume of the enterprises.
With a remarkable 99.33% compliance rate for mail delivery within the committed time frame, Viettel Post ranks among the top performers in the quality assessment of the 10 enterprises. Notably, Viettel Post is also one of the few providers serving remote and challenging areas, such as districts and islands, with a maximum delivery time of 8.5 days. For urban areas, Viettel Post offers competitive delivery times of 2-3 days for intra-regional, 3-4 days for near-regional, and inter-regional shipments at economical rates.

In the delivery segment, Viettel Post offers a range of services such as express delivery, scheduled delivery, and fast delivery of goods and documents, along with e-commerce delivery. They also provide additional services like co-checking, storage, and hand delivery to cater to diverse customer needs, from individuals to large enterprises, ensuring flexibility and high efficiency. Furthermore, in early 2024, Viettel Post introduced the “Intracity Delivery” service in 15 major provinces and cities nationwide, offering delivery within 30 minutes or 4 hours, depending on the customer’s choice.
