According to the post, the customer placed an order on May 21, 2024, and received a notification that their order was shipped the same day. However, upon receiving the package the next day, they noticed that the production date printed on the package was May 22, raising questions and concerns.

In response to this, Lê Anh Nuôi provided a detailed explanation, stating: “We always produce and ship our products on the same day, and there is an overlap with the next day’s production. To clarify, if you placed your order around noon on the 21st, I would only print and pack your order in the evening of the 22nd, so it is indeed a product from the 22nd. We print the production and expiration dates in the morning and ship the products immediately, so receiving an order with the same-day production date is entirely normal.”
“Regarding the shipping status update, it might be due to an error or a specific policy of the delivery company. Rest assured that we manually produce our products with all the necessary safety and hygiene certifications, and we pay our taxes dutifully and transparently.”
Lê Anh Nuôi also mentioned that he had not received any feedback from the customer and would respond immediately if he did.
