Maximizing Profits: Unveiling the Mystery of the $33 Million Payout

The rain of dividends is starting to slow down. For the week of June 3-7, 2024, 26 companies will close their books on cash dividend payouts (lower than the trend of over 40 companies in recent weeks). Among these, the highest rate stands at 25%, meaning shareholders will receive VND 2,500 for every share they own.

Companies Finalizing Dividend Payouts in Cash from 03-07/06

The highest dividend ratio to be finalized next week belongs to NDC (25%). With nearly 6 million circulating shares, NDC is estimated to spend nearly VND 15 billion on dividends for its shareholders. The ex-dividend date is 06/06, and payment is expected on 27/06/2024.

IDC will also finalize dividend payouts next week, with a ratio of 25%, comprising two different payout periods: 5% for 2023 dividends and 20% for the first period of 2024. Given its nearly 330 million circulating shares, the company is estimated to spend approximately VND 165 billion to complete the 2023 dividends and VND 660 billion for the 2024 interim dividends, totaling VND 825 billion. The ex-dividend date is 03/06, with expected payment on 19/06/2024.

Prior to this payout, the industrial park giant, IDC, has already distributed two interim dividends for 2023, totaling a 35% ratio and a value of VND 1,155 billion.

In the coming week, only one company, TVS, will finalize dividend payouts in shares for the 2023 fiscal year. The execution ratio is 100:10 (10%), meaning that for every 100 shares held, a shareholder will receive 10 new shares. TVS plans to issue nearly 15.2 million shares for this dividend payout, with a total par value of nearly VND 152 billion, increasing its charter capital to VND 1,670 billion. The ex-dividend date is 03/06/2024.
