Market Pulse, July 9: Chemical and Fertilizer Stocks Shine Bright

The market opened in the green on July 9th, with both the VN-Index and HNX-Index starting the day on a positive note. By 9:20 am, the HOSE index had climbed almost 4 points, while the HNX index had risen by over 1.3 points, indicating a strong start to the trading day.

Rubber and chemical stocks extended their gains from yesterday, with a strong performance in the first few minutes of trading. GVR led the market with a 5% increase.

CSV continued its upward momentum, recording its fifth consecutive trading session with a price increase. DDV also witnessed a significant surge, climbing nearly 7%.

Fertilizer stocks shone brightly as several stocks, including BFC, LAS, DBH, and SFG, hit their daily price limits. DCM is up 2.6% at the time of writing.
