FPT Shop’s expansion into appliance stores marks a significant step forward, offering a wide range of products and promising an enhanced customer experience.
On August 3, FPT Shop announced the grand opening of 10 appliance stores across various provinces. This expansion follows a successful trial period that began in early 2024, during which the retailer witnessed impressive results, solidifying their decision to invest further in this category.
The first wave of FPT Shop’s appliance stores will be located in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Tien Giang, Kien Giang, Dak Lak, Hai Phong, and Cao Bang. Each store will boast an impressive 200 square meters of retail space, rivaling the size of mid-to-large supermarkets offered by competitors.
“We envisage a long-term expansion plan, aiming to establish 50 appliance stores by the end of 2024,” shared Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh, Deputy General Director of FPT Retail. He emphasized their commitment to closely monitoring, evaluating, and refining the performance of these appliance centers to chart a sustainable growth trajectory.
To celebrate the launch, FPT Shop will be offering promotional programs at these 10 inaugural locations, including product discounts, shopping vouchers, and exclusive deals on household appliances.
