According to our understanding, Ms. Truong Thi Nhi is no longer the General Director and legal representative of Aloe Vera Trading Co., Ltd., and has been replaced by Ms. Truong Vo Hoang Y.
Ms. Truong Thi Nhi (born in 1948) is well-known as the founder and leader of Aloe Vera Company since 2002, an importer and distributor of cosmetics and health products under the Forever Living Products brand from the United States in Vietnam. In addition, Ms. Nhi is also the Chairman of the Vietnam Multi-level Marketing Association.
Aloe Vera Trading Co., Ltd. was established on September 19, 2001, with its head office located at 193/11 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, and its trading office at 19C Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District. As of the latest capital update (March 2023), Aloe Vera has a charter capital of VND 50 billion, in which Ms. Nhi owns 98.72% and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong owns the remaining 1.28%. The latest enterprise registration change (November 2023) shows that Ms. Nhi no longer holds the position of General Director and legal representative of Aloe Vera, and has been replaced by Ms. Truong Vo Hoang Y (born in 1992, residing in Ben Tre province). However, the company’s website has not yet updated this leadership information.

According to the company, the Forever Living Products lines are currently available in 44 representative offices and branches (including licensed locations) across nearly 40 provinces and cities nationwide.
An update on the list of goods traded through the company’s multi-level marketing method, effective from June 10, 2024, shows that Aloe Vera has 66 items ranging from skincare and personal care cosmetics to functional foods. Each product has different wholesale and retail prices, with a retail price that is 40-50% higher than the wholesale price.
