The Board of Directors of Vinhomes JSC (HoSE: VHM) has decided to relieve Mr. Douglas John Farrrell from his position as Vice President of the company, effective August 24, 2024. Mr. Douglas stepped down due to personal reasons.
As a result, Vinhomes’ executive team now comprises four members: CEO Nguyen Thu Hang and three Vice Presidents, namely Mr. Dang Minh Hai, Mr. Pham Van Khuong, and Ms. Mai Thu Thuy.
Mr. Douglas John Farrrell is an entrepreneur, born in 1980 in Portland, Victoria, Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from Macquarie University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Commercial Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Mr. Douglas John Farrrell had been serving as the Vice President of Finance and Investment at Vinhomes since February 2018, amounting to over six years with the company.
Prior to joining Vinhomes, Mr. Douglas John Farrrell was the Executive Director and Head of Real Estate M&A for Australia and New Zealand at Citigroup from 2010 to 2016, and a Founding Partner at Quintet Partners from 2016 onwards.
