Go Green – The Trend Among Young Families

In the bustling city, where space is limited and the pace of life is frantic, the urban dweller yearns for a healthier, greener existence. The daily grind, coupled with air pollution and a crowded environment, fuels the desire for a lifestyle that strikes a balance between work and family, a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness and a connection with nature.

This was also what haunted sister Ngọc (District 7) and her husband. After two summer months, seeing their child healthy and happy, excitedly telling stories about playing freely in the lush green fields of their grandmother’s house in Dong Thap, the couple decided to move out of their cramped 35m2 rented house to a more spacious living space with abundant greenery, convenience, and safety for the whole family to enjoy.

It’s not just sister Ngọc’s family; many young families are facing an increasingly unbalanced modern life, both materially and spiritually. Especially witnessing the negative changes in the environment and climate, they understand the value of green and balanced living in modern cities. Urban residents long for a living space that is close to nature, with ample relaxation spaces to relieve stress and pressure, and plenty of experiential areas to foster bonding among family members.

With their mid-range financial resources, choosing a fully-equipped house with a ready garden was way beyond their means. Opting for an apartment, however, would mean sacrificing the green space they desired. For nearly five months, the couple tirelessly searched and viewed no less than 20 properties before finding their dream home. The apartment that caught their eye was the Khai Hoan Prime project, located on Le Van Luong Street, just a 5-minute drive from Phu My Hung.

Creating a strong impression in the market at a time when green living is in high demand, the Khai Hoan Prime project caught the attention of sister Ngọc and her husband when they attended a weekend event at the project’s show house. The project is located in the heart of South Saigon’s development, next to Phu My Hung Urban Area, inheriting many modern utilities and, especially, a quality education system from preschool to high school and university. As a result, the couple felt more assured about their child’s education and could also optimize their time commuting to work and picking up their child from school.

More importantly, what prompted the couple’s quick decision to secure a home in the project was the resort-like living space with abundant greenery and unique amenities. Khai Hoan Prime inherits the surrounding river and green ecosystem of South Saigon and optimizes its green space, creating a ‘natural air purifier’ for each resident’s home.

With a construction density of only 21% for the three towers, the Club House area boasts a floor area of up to 3,000 m2, seamlessly connecting to the outdoor event area and the riverside walkway, offering a range of ‘resort-style’ amenities. According to sister Ngọc, they are booking a place in the Mika subdivision of Khai Hoan Prime. Carrying the meaningful message of “The Sound of Fulfillment, Home is a Resort,” the Mika subdivision occupies a central position in the heart of the Khai Hoan Prime project, adjacent to many large utility clusters of the project, such as the mineral salt pool, the square of light, Prime Island, and BBQ Riverside. In addition, with a thoughtful and intelligent design, all apartments in the tower benefit from good natural lighting and year-round coolness, providing both easy connectivity and separation from the noise and dust of the outside world. In sister Ngọc’s words, “After visiting the show house and receiving specific consultations, I envisioned countless enjoyable moments of playing with my child in a green space filled with attractive amenities. If our parents from the countryside come to visit, they will surely be happy and comfortable, instead of complaining that city houses are confined to four narrow walls, restrictive and boring.”

With attractive financial support from the investor, sister Ngọc’s family also didn’t feel too pressured financially, as they only needed a down payment of about VND 400 million to own the expected home. The remaining amount can be paid at a very soft pace of only 1%/month, along with a preferential interest rate of up to 14% and other promotional policies such as a 24-month grace period for principal and interest, and a 12-month management fee waiver… All of these have made the couple even more assured and excited to move into their new home as soon as possible.
