The Capital City Unveils 5,300 New Homes Ready for Sale

The Hanoi Department of Construction has released an updated list of future residential projects that are eligible for sale within the jurisdiction as of August-end.

Five new high-rise projects have been given the green light for sale in Hanoi, adding nearly 5,000 apartments to the city’s residential market. The largest of these projects is the Z35.1, Z35M.2, Z35M.1, Z34M.1, and U35.1 apartment complexes, located in the Tay Mo-Dai Mo-Vinhomes Park area. Developed by Cong Ty TNHH Thuong Mai Va Phat Trien Kinh Doanh Anh Sao, this project offers 2,374 high-rise apartments and 35 commercial units under the brand name Lumi Hanoi.

Following this is the L39M.1 and L39.1 apartment project with over 1,332 units, developed by Cong Ty Co Phan Tu Van Va Kinh Doanh Bat Dong San TCO, located in the same Tay Mo-Dai Mo-Vinhomes Park area. Another notable project is the Sunshine Crystal River (Noble Crystal Tay Ho) complex, which offers a mix of 955 high-rise and 60 low-rise apartments, developed by Cong Ty Co Phan Bat Dong San Wonderland.

The market will also see the addition of 214 social housing apartments in the CT-05 and CT-06 projects within the Thanh Lam-Dai Thinh 2 urban area in Me Linh District, Hanoi. These projects are developed by Tong Cong Ty Dau Tu Phat Trien Nha Va Do Thi, adding to the diverse range of housing options in the city.

In addition to these high-rise projects, there are also five low-rise projects that have been approved for sale. This includes the Langs Village project by Cong Ty Co Phan Tu Van Dau Tu Va Xay Dung Buu Dien, the Tay Nam Me Tri project by a joint venture between Cong Ty Co Phan Xay Dung Va Phat Trien Nha DAC Ha Noi and Cong Ty Co Phan Kinh Doanh Va Phat Trien Nha Ha Noi, the Van Xuan commercial housing project by Cong Ty Co Phan Dau Tu Va Xay Dung So 4 – Van Xuan, the Pho Xanh commercial township project by Cong Ty Co Phan Tap Doan Xay Lap 1 – Petrolimex, and the low-rise housing project (lots LKV-21, LKV-22A, and LKV-22B) within the KDT HUD- Son Tay project by Tong Cong Ty Dau Tu Phat Trien Nha Va Do Thi.
