On September 16, the Phuc Tho District Land Development Center organized an auction for 13 land plots in Doc Tranh, Trach My Loc ward. The lots, ranging from DG44 to DG62 in size, offered 108-129 square meters each and a starting price of 23.4 million VND per square meter.
This auction attracted 140 registrations, with a ratio of nearly 11 applicants per lot. All 13 lots were successfully sold, with the highest price reaching 75 million VND per square meter and the lowest at 28.6 million VND.
Previously, on August 29, Phuc Tho District’s land auction attracted over 650 registrations and approximately 350 investors. All 39 land plots were sold, with the highest price recorded at 60 million VND per square meter.
A land lot up for auction in the outskirts of Hanoi
On September 10, the Phuc Tho District land auction in Trach My Loc, Tho Loc, and Xuan Dinh wards attracted nearly 200 participants and over 400 valid registrations. The land plots ranged from 97.1 to 162.9 square meters, with starting prices from 19.8 to 25 million VND per square meter. The highest price was recorded for plot DG 26, measuring 127 square meters, which sold for 69.8 million VND per square meter (approximately 9 billion VND). This price was approximately 10 million VND higher per square meter than the highest-priced plot in the same area from the August 29 auction.
Notably, land plot DG58 from the September 16 auction (sold for 75 million VND per square meter) and DG26 from the September 10 auction (69.8 million VND) are both located on the provincial road, at opposite corners. Despite their similar locations, the price per square meter continued to increase by over 5 million VND within just six days.
Thus, across all three Phuc Tho District land auctions from August 29 to the present, land plots in Doc Tranh, Trach My Loc ward, have consistently broken new price records with each successive auction.
