On September 25th, a representative from the Labor Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dĩ An City, Binh Duong Province) shared that hundreds of the company’s employees had just received seniority bonuses, with the highest amount being 8 million VND.
According to the representative, employees with at least 10 years of service were eligible for the bonus, with varying amounts based on their tenure. Specifically, workers with 10 years of service received a bonus of 2 million VND, those with 15 years of service received 3.6 million VND, and those with 20 years of service were awarded 8 million VND.

A total of 915 employees received this bonus, mostly comprising workers with over 10 years of service, with a total bonus amount of over 2.3 billion VND.
Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung, Chairman of the Company’s Labor Union, shared that every year, the Board of Directors collaborates with the Labor Union to organize this activity to express gratitude to long-serving employees. This year’s event was held at a 5-star hotel.

During the event, the company’s Labor Union donated over 420 million VND to the Binh Duong Province Labor Federation. This amount was raised through the collective efforts of the company’s employees to support those affected by Storm No. 3.
