A glimpse of the new Tay Mo – Dai Mo – Vinhomes Park urban area

The Hanoi Department of Construction has announced a list of 14 qualified housing projects, with a total of 12,341 units, that are allowed to be traded from the beginning of the year until October 24, 2024. In comparison, there were only 16 projects with 7,824 permitted units in 2023.

The project with the highest number of permitted units is the low-rise housing project on land plots marked A4-TT01 to A5-TT59, A5-TT01 to A5-TT33, and A7-TT01 to A7-TT36 in the new urban area of Xuan Canh, Dong Hoi, and Mai Lam communes in Dong Anh district. The project is developed by Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center JSC (UPCoM: VEF) and comprises 4,147 low-rise units.

Following closely is the Z35.1, Z35M.2, Z35M.1, Z34M.1, and U35.1 buildings, with 2,409 units (including 2,374 high-rise units and 35 commercial service units), located on land plots C3-CH01, C3-CH02, C3-CH03, C3-CX01, and C3-CX02. Additionally, there are 1,600 high-rise units in the Z29M.1, Z29.1, L30.1, and L30M.1 buildings within the same project, which involves the construction of functional areas on land plots C3-CH01, C3-CH02, C3-CH03, C3-CX01, and C3-CX02 in the Tay Mo-Dai Mo-Vinhomes Park new urban area.

Notably, both projects mentioned above are developed by Anh Sao Trading and Business Development Company Limited (a member of the CapitaLand group).

In the Tay Mo-Dai Mo-Vinhomes Park new urban area, there are an additional 1,149 high-rise units in the Z38M.1 (GS5) and Z38M.2 (GS6) buildings on land plot F3-CH01, developed by Thai Son Construction Investment JSC (a subsidiary of VHM), that are permitted for “selling houses on paper.”

The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) (Khác: HUD) also has two projects allowed for sale, including the CT-05 and CT-06 social housing buildings in the new urban area of Thanh Lam – Dai Thinh 2, Me Linh district, with 214 high-rise units; and the low-rise housing project (lot LKV-21, LKV-22A, and LKV-22B) in the HUD – Son Tay urban area, with 84 units.

Furthermore, the commercial street housing project of Petrolimex Construction Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: PCC) in Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district, has been permitted to sell 134 low-rise units.
