At the announcement of the Inspection Conclusion, Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, Deputy Director of Department 2 and Head of the Inspection Team, announced the full text of Conclusion No. 383/KL-TTCP dated October 23, 2024, of the Inspectorate General on the implementation of laws in the field of planning and urban planning; land management, use, and investment management.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thi, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, affirmed that the Inspection Team had worked objectively, seriously, and in accordance with the law. He also pointed out the existing shortcomings and limitations in the field of planning and urban planning; land management, use, and investment management in Thanh Hoa province. By doing so, it helps Thanh Hoa overcome difficulties and continue to develop positively.

On behalf of the leaders of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Thi accepted all the recommendations of the Inspection Team and stated that he would direct the departments and branches to seriously implement the recommendations in the Inspection Conclusion. During the implementation process, the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee hopes to continue receiving the attention and support of the Government Inspectorate and the Inspection Team, as well as the departments and bureaus under the Government Inspectorate.

At the announcement of the inspection decision, Mr. Duong Van Phan, Deputy Director of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Post-Inspection Handling Department (Department V), Government Inspectorate, requested the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee to develop a plan to implement the inspection conclusions and seriously implement the recommendations in the Inspection Conclusion, ensuring compliance with regulations.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong, Director of Inspection, Complaint Resolution, and Denunciation Zone 2 (Department 2), Government Inspectorate, emphasized that the announcement of the inspection conclusion was carried out in accordance with legal regulations.

Mr. Huong requested that the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee develop a detailed plan to direct the departments, branches, and localities to implement the recommendations in the Inspection Conclusion. During the implementation process, if any problems or difficulties arise, the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee should coordinate with Department V to ensure the effective implementation of the Inspection Conclusion.
