VinRobotics aims to enhance production efficiency and optimize processes in industrial, service, and lifestyle sectors.

According to a recently passed resolution by the Vingroup’s Board of Directors, VinRobotics will have a charter capital of VND 1,000 billion. Vingroup will hold a 51% stake, while Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong will contribute 39%. Mr. Vuong’s two sons, Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, will each hold a 5% stake. Mr. Ngo Quoc Hung has been appointed as the CEO of VinRobotics.

VinRobotics operates in the fields of research, development, and technology transfer, with a focus on automation solutions, industrial robotics, and artificial intelligence (AI). The company specializes in manufacturing and integrating smart robot products to provide process optimization and enhance work efficiency across industrial, service, and lifestyle sectors.

Alongside developing innovative technologies, VinRobotics will prioritize enterprise application development to optimize processes and boost productivity. VinRobotics’ client base will not be limited to Vingroup’s ecosystem but will also extend to companies operating in other key economic and industrial sectors.

VinRobotics aims to become a pioneer in providing intelligent high-tech products and solutions in Vietnam and the region.
