On November 19, local time, as part of the G20 Summit in Brazil, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had seven bilateral meetings with leaders of countries and international organizations, including Spain, Paraguay, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, the Vatican, and the World Health Organization (WHO).
During these meetings, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh respectfully conveyed the greetings of General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man to the respective leaders. He also extended invitations from General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong for the leaders to visit Vietnam.
The two Prime Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

Addressing the Vietnamese community in Brazil, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized Vietnam’s current focus on large-scale, transformative projects. These include the ambitious North-South high-speed rail project, which aims to revolutionize transportation across the country, as well as explorations into nuclear energy development and the pursuit of new avenues for growth and progress.

On November 17, local time (early morning of November 18 in Vietnam), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the Vietnam-Brazil Business Forum in Rio de Janeiro, as part of his itinerary for the G20 Summit and bilateral engagements in Brazil.
