The expected transaction period is October 2024.

NLG (HOSE): Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (NLG) has announced that its Board of Directors has passed a resolution to release the company’s shares at Nam Long VCD, which are currently pledged at GuarantCo. This decision aims to optimize the financial structure and facilitate the company’s business activities.

Notable transactions on the stock exchange

PAC (HOSE): The Trade Union of Pin Ac Quy Southern Company intended to sell 380,000 PAC shares as previously registered, but only sold 4,600 shares. The company explained that the reason for not selling all shares was due to market fluctuations that did not meet expectations.

HDB (HOSE): Ho Chi Minh City Development Bank (HDBank) has approved a credit package worth VND 8,585 billion for Sovico Group Joint Stock Company. This loan is provided to support the business and investment activities of Sovico Group.

NAB (HOSE): Ha Huy Cuong, Vice President of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, has announced the purchase of 1.45 million shares, increasing his holding from 2.482 million shares to 3.933 million shares (0.287% of charter capital). The purpose of the purchase is related to the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The transaction period was from September 27 to October 2.

TNH (HOSE): Three insiders of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company have disclosed information about their exercise of the right to purchase additional shares offered to existing shareholders from September 27 to October 14. Specifically, Hoang Tuyen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, registered to buy over 1 million TNH shares, increasing his ownership to 8.36 million shares (6.67% of charter capital). 

Along with this, Nguyen Anh Dinh, Deputy General Director and son of Nguyen Van Thuy, Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Yen Binh General Hospital Branch in Thai Nguyen, registered to purchase an additional 100,000 shares, bringing the total number of shares he owns to 2.612 million shares, equivalent to 2.37% of charter capital. 

For the same purpose, Dao Manh Duy, Deputy General Director and Director of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Branch, also purchased an additional 55,200 TNH shares.

KBC (HOSE): Kinh Bac City Development Shareholding Company (KBC) has announced that it has acquired a 98% controlling stake and become the new parent company of Hung Yen Hotel Services Joint Stock Company (HYH). HYH has a charter capital of VND 50 billion.

AGG (HOSE): An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company plans to issue an additional 6.13 million shares (3.92% of charter capital) at a par value of VND 61.3 billion to implement its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The proceeds from this issuance will be used to supplement the company’s business activities.

Dividend Payment:

NAF (HOSE): Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company announced that it will issue an additional 5,056 shares to pay a 10% dividend to shareholders. The issuance will be funded by undistributed profit up to 2022. The expected issuance period is October 2024.

AGR (HOSE): Agribank Securities Joint Stock Company will pay a 7% cash dividend to shareholders for 2023. The ex-dividend date is October 2, and the expected payment date is October 18.
