In early December 2024, the Minister of Industry and Trade made the decision to revoke the liquor distribution licenses of four businesses.

Four liquor distribution businesses have had their licenses revoked by the Ministry of Industry and Trade

The list of affected companies includes: ITTCTECH Vietnam Technical Co., Ltd., located in Bac Cau Kien Industrial Cluster, National Highway 10, An Hong Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City.

Den Ta International Logistics Co., Ltd., located in Lot 3B, Plot 42, Ngã Nam – Cat Bi Airport New Urban Area, Dong Khe Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.

Viet – Ba Lan Joint Stock Company, located in Thap Duong Village, Trung Kenh Commune, Luong Tai District, Bac Ninh Province.

Pisces Import-Export Limited Company, located at 147 Van Cao Street, Dang Giang Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.

The reason for the revocation of the licenses of the above-mentioned companies is that they have not been engaged in liquor business activities for a continuous period of 12 months.

The Minister of Industry and Trade requires these companies to fully fulfill their obligations to the State and other organizations and individuals (if any) to cease their liquor distribution activities as prescribed by current laws.

Within five working days from the date of receiving the Decision on revocation of the license, the above-mentioned companies must submit the original copy of the liquor distribution license granted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Back in October 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade also decided to revoke the licenses of two liquor distribution companies, namely LUX – VIETNAM Co., Ltd. and Indochina Wines & Spirits Co., Ltd.
