## CTF Accepts the Resignation of CEO Nguyen Dang Hoang and Appoints Tran Lam as the New CEO

Mr. Nguyen Dang Hoang steps down as CTF’s CEO effective December 3rd

On December 3rd, CTF’s Board of Directors approved a resolution to accept the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dang Hoang as CEO, respecting his personal wishes.

Mr. Hoang was appointed as CTF’s CEO in June 2023, succeeding Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh Tien. Following his departure from the CEO role, Mr. Hoang will continue to serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Tran Lam assumes the role of CTF’s CEO effective December 3rd

The Board of Directors of CTF has decided to appoint Mr. Tran Lam (born in 1983) as the new CEO, replacing Mr. Hoang. Notably, the new CEO is also the son of the company’s Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tran Ngoc Dan.

Currently, Mr. Lam serves as a member of the Board of Directors of CTF and Saigon Passenger Car Joint Stock Company, while also holding the position of CEO of Tan Thanh Do Group.

Mr. Lam personally holds over 7.5 million CTF shares, representing 8.4% of the company’s capital. With this ownership percentage, the new CEO is the third-largest shareholder in City Auto, following his father, Chairman Tran Ngoc Dan (holding 9.23%) and the related organization, Tan Thanh Do Group (holding 8.42%).
