At the Honda Biker Rally 2025 in Vung Tau, Honda unveiled the PCX 125, a scooter with a fuel-efficient eSP+ engine. With a 125cc engine that produces 12.3 horsepower and 11.7 Nm of torque, this scooter has an impressive fuel economy of 2.1 liters per 100 kilometers. The PCX 125 has overall dimensions of 1,936 mm in length, 742 mm in width, and 1,123 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,313 mm. It weighs 134 kg and has a seat height of 764 mm.
Honda PCX 2025 Makes a Surprise Appearance in Vietnam
In terms of design, the new PCX 125 inherits features from the Forza 350, including LED lights, 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels, disc brakes on both wheels, and a flexible front and rear suspension system. Notably, this scooter features a 5-inch TFT display for the instrument cluster and supports connectivity with the Honda RoadSync app. It also comes with a smart key, a spacious under-seat compartment, and a front storage compartment with a USB-C charging port.
The PCX 125 was previously introduced at several international motorcycle exhibitions.
Known since 2010 but discontinued in Vietnam in 2021 due to a limited customer base, the PCX 125 continues to be sought after through unofficial import channels. Its appearance at the event may indicate Honda’s plans to reintroduce this model to the Vietnamese market, where it will compete against rivals such as the Yamaha LEXi and SYM Tuscany.
