Vietlott Power 6/55 Jackpot 2 winner claims prize.
According to Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott), during the draw held on August 2nd, a Power 6/55 ticket won the Jackpot 2 prize worth over 4.1 billion VND.
The lucky ticket matched five out of six pairs of numbers for the Jackpot 1 prize (33-29-24-34-12-35) and one pair for the special number 47, earning the holder a substantial windfall.
As per regulations, the Jackpot 2 winner is required to pay a personal income tax of 10% amounting to approximately 400 million VND.
Previously, during the draw on July 24th, another Power 6/55 ticket won the Jackpot 2 prize, also valued at over 4.1 billion VND.
On July 23rd, Vietlott held a ceremony to award the Jackpot 2 prize of 32.6 billion VND to Mr. C.S.Y, a foreign national residing in Vietnam, who had the winning ticket from the July 5th draw.
