The Ministry of Construction’s Deputy Minister, Nguyen Van Sinh, recently issued Decision 110, which outlines a plan to address Prime Minister’s Official Dispatch 130 from 2024. The dispatch focuses on directing and resolving difficulties in implementing social housing projects. Additionally, it addresses Official Dispatch 03 from 2025, which relates to inspecting and handling issues of real estate speculation and price manipulation.

The Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, the Ministry of Construction’s Inspectorate, the Law Department, and relevant units are collaborating with other ministries and local authorities to carry out nine tasks aimed at rectifying the real estate market in 2025.

The Ministry of Construction has instructed its units to coordinate with the People’s Committees of provinces and cities to strengthen inspection, examination, and handling of violations regarding social housing laws.

These units are authorized to conduct sudden inspections when there are signs of violations of social housing development laws or in response to complaints from organizations or individuals.

The Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management and the Ministry of Construction’s Inspectorate are working together with the Ministry of Public Security, local authorities, and other relevant parties to inspect, examine, and review the business activities of enterprises, investors, and real estate exchanges and brokers. This collaborative effort is particularly focused on areas and projects with unusual price increases, aiming to promptly rectify, prevent, and strictly handle any violations.
