The land use purpose is urban residential, with a 50-year term commencing from February 12, 2018. The starting price of this asset is over VND 4.5 trillion.

It is known that the above land is the site for the implementation of the King Crown Infinity project, a complex of apartments, commercial, service, and office spaces, located at 218 Vo Van Ngan Street. Gia Khang is the investor of this project.

King Crown Infinity Project Perspective

According to BCR’s 2024 annual report, King Crown Infinity has a planned investment of VND 6,018 billion with a scale of 5 basement levels, 30 floors + mezzanine, and a technical floor on the rooftop. Upon completion, the project is expected to offer 724 apartments, 91 offices, 27 shophouses, and commercial lots. The estimated revenue and profit are VND 7,627 billion and VND 967 billion, respectively.

As of the end of 2024, the project had completed 5 basement levels, 4 floors of the commercial podium, and the transfer floor. The investor plans to construct the 30-story apartment tower in 2025.

Positioned as a luxury real estate development in Thu Duc City, King Crown Infinity has partnered with The Ascott Limited to bring the 5-star Ascott brand to the project. According to information posted on batdongsan.com.vn, the apartments at King Crown Infinity are sold at prices of around VND 100 million per square meter.
