In 2024, the company’s leadership introduced a strategic development plan centered on the Project Developer model, leading to a rebranding from Victory Capital to Victory Group – establishing a corporate identity. With “Victory” as the overarching brand, four subsidiary brands were created: Victory Homes, specializing in real estate investment and development; VictoryCons, a top 10 construction contractor in the market; Victory Consulting, offering design, project management, and supervision consulting services; and Victory Asset, focused on investing in and operating rental properties and building management.
Victory Group, as a Project Developer, has implemented the D-B-F-S solution with a “formula” that has proven to be efficient and effective. This is evident from the large-scale contracts and ongoing projects. A notable example is the September 2024 agreement between Victory Group’s subsidiary, Victory DBFS, and TC Tower for the comprehensive development of a nearly 1-hectare site in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. Another significant project is the luxury apartment complex, Cara Riverpark, developed by Cara Group in Can Tho City, where the construction recently reached a milestone with the roof-sealing ceremony, signifying the project’s progress toward delivery.
