The gender distribution showed a slight tilt towards male employees, with 55.3% male and 44.7% female.

During the same year, Vinpearl welcomed approximately 9.14 million visitors across its extensive network of 48 facilities, spanning 18 provinces and comprising 31 hotels and resorts, 4 theme parks, 5 entertainment complexes, a wildlife conservation park, a water park, an equestrian academy, 4 golf courses, and a culinary conference center, totaling over 16,100 rooms.
